This will not be a high-pressure sales visit - as a matter of fact, nothing I do will involve high-pressure because that's just not the way I work. Usually, it involves about 30-45 minutes of taking notes about the home and your goals for the sale. I will use a targeted, hassle-free process to get you a sale as quickly as possible and at a price you'll be comfortable with. Success and a sold sign are closer than you think!
